About Integration Therapy
Integration Therapy is a boutique consulting firm that transforms media operations and content metadata into growth engines. I align strategy with execution to eliminate operational friction that costs time, revenue, and platform trust.

What I Do (And What I Don't)
What I Do:
-
Metadata Intelligence: Leverage your metadata to increase revenue.
-
Strategic Ops Partner: Align strategy, workflows, and teams for sustainable growth.
-
Proven Framework: Focus a Five-Pillar Flywheel to create sustainable results: Strategy, Efficiency, Metadata, Teams, and Tech.
-
Hands-On Execution: I implement changes, not just recommend them.
What I Don’t Do:
-
Not a Report Mill: No generic solutions or bloated decks.
-
Not a Quick Fix: I focus on root causes, not band-aids.
-
Not Tool Sales: Tech-agnostic - I make your tools work for you.
-
Not a Chaos Maker: No crazy, unnecessary "transformations."
The Cost of Misalignment
Siloed teams, inconsistent metadata, and misaligned strategies cost media companies time, revenue, and trust. I create systems that deliver faster content, clearer insights, and scalable growth.

My proven framework ensures sustainable growth.

Rebecca and Ruby

SVTA 2025
I have worked across every area of the media supply chain. I have written delivery specifications, overseen vendor performance, built full-scale content operations teams, and led complex enterprise transitions. I have stabilized pipelines, resolved failed deliveries, created scalable workflows, and advised executives in moments where operational choices directly affect business outcomes. I founded Integration Therapy because too many companies treat operations as a back-office issue to fix later. I see it differently. Operations are one of the most overlooked drivers of growth, innovation, and clarity. If your systems are slowing you down, your strategy alone cannot deliver. I help companies fix that. From Execution to Executive Strategy I started by doing the work. I wrote copy, built metadata operations, managed delivery pipelines, and sat in the daily tension between quality, speed, and budget. I have been the person re-transcoding the Hulu delivery on a Hitachi drive at 2 a.m. and the person cleaning up what others missed. That lived experience still shapes how I work. Over time, I moved into leadership roles where I built teams, redesigned systems, and helped executives align their operations with the realities of demand and constraints. Whether the company is a pre-seed startup or a global media brand, my focus is always the same. Build systems that support scale without stifling innovation. A Personal Note I believe in growth that protects people. I believe in systems that make creative work easier. And I believe that when operations are built with intention, leadership can focus on what matters most. Also, Ruby, my dog and unofficial metadata mascot, occasionally makes cameos in person and in video meetings. She is my service dog and a steady partner in managing an acquired neurodiversity that shapes how I work. She is a big fan of aligned systems, hand puppets, and long walks.
Why Executives Work With Me
I’ve led at every level - from video production to network senior management - across ops, post, metadata, rights, and delivery. That means I spot patterns others miss and know how to fix them without stalling momentum.
-
Helped startups build structure without breaking their speed.
-
Realigned global content teams after years of system sprawl.
-
Contributed as a leader and subject matter expert to set industry standards and best practices.

How I Work
-
Most engagements start with a two-week diagnostic assessment; a rapid audit to uncover friction points, risks, and quick wins across your operations.
-
From there, I deliver tailored, actionable recommendations. I can hand off the plan for your team to implement or stay on to guide execution, depending on your needs.
-
Every engagement is built around what will actually work for your organization: no cookie-cutter solutions or bloated reports. (I’m allergic to useless PowerPoints.)
