She specializes in process orchestration and enabling hypergrowth for streaming networks navigating major transformations and M&A, and holds a master's in organizational management and leadership.
She is a keynote speaker and panelist at private network events and conferences including NAB, DataCon, and Streaming Media Connect, where she speaks on workforce development, value chain operational frameworks in the age of AI, and team development with neurodiversity as a philosophy.
